Functions for timing.

function yg.time.getDelta()

Returns the time delta since last frame in [seconds].

yg.time.getDelta() -> number

function yg.time.getTime()

Returns the time since application start in [seconds].

yg.time.getTime() -> number

function yg.time.getClockPeriod()

Returns the clock tick period in [seconds]. This is a diagnostic value and not relevant for the user.
